Hadrat Abu Hurairah Radiallahu Anhu narrates that Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallamis reported to have said that the human being proudly states “My wealth, My wealth”, whereas the reality is that only three things are regarded as his wealth from his accumulated wealth, that which he has eaten and perished, that which he has worn and torn, that which he has spent in the path of Allah Ta’ala making it a treasure for him. We should understand the reality of the world from this Hadith Sharif that our actual wealth is confined to three things, therefore why should we destroy our Aakhirat by toiling to leave wealth for others.

One Buzurg says, “Do not destroy your Aakhirat by worrying about your children, if your children are pious then Allah Ta’ala will assist them and if they are evil, then why must they be assisted in their evil from your wealth because of which you will be sinful even after death."
