When witnessing a pleasant sight recite;

اَلْحَمْدُ اللّٰهِ الَّذِيْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ تَتِمُّ الصَّالِحَاتُ

All praise is due to Allah, through whose bounty righteous (things) are completed.
