WHEN BOARDING A VEHICLE

When you put your foot in the vehicle say:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
In the Name of Allâh.
When you have sat down say:
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
All praises are for Allâh.
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنْقَلِبُونَ
Glory be to Him Who has brought this under our control although we were unable to control it, and surely we are to return to our Lord.
Thereafter say thrice:
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
All praises are for Allâh.
Then say thrice:
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Allâh is the Greatest
Thereafter say:
سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Purity belongs to You (O Allâh!). Surely I have wronged my soul so forgive me as none but You forgives sins. (Abu Dawud)
