The most essential part of a Hāji's luggage

Hajj is a journey of a lifetime. We prepare thoroughly for it, packing everything from clothing and shoes to snacks and personal items to make the journey smooth and easy.

Allāh Ta'ala informs us that the best provision for this journey is Taqwa (the fear of Allah). "And take provision, for indeed the best of provisions is the fear of Allah. (2:197)"

Whilst in the Haramayn Sharifayn, particular care should be taken to maintain their sanctity and avoid committing any sin.

'Umar Radhiyallāhu anhu is reported to have said, "I would much rather commit 70 sins at Rukiyyah (a place outside Makkah) than to commit one sin in Makkah."

It is indeed a very great blessing to go for Hajj. Disobeying the Master in His own court is the height of ingratitude
